Salesforce Administrator
Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain the Salesforce environment, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and data integrity. Build and optimize Salesforce Flows, validation rules, formulas, and approval processes. Manage and configure Salesforce RCA/CPQ including product bundles, pricing rules, quote templates, and guided selling. Translate business requirements into technical solutions using best practices. Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, IT, etc.) to support CRM processes and enhancements. Conduct impact analysis for new features and integrations. Support data migrations, imports, and exports using tools like Data Loader. Support system integration initiatives, including testing and user adoption. Monitor system performance and proactively address issues or inefficiencies. Document configurations, customizations, and processes.
