About the Role
We are seeking experienced and customer-focused Licensed Life Insurance Agents to join our growing team. Candidates must already hold an active Life Insurance License prior to applying. In this role, you will assist prospective and existing clients with selecting life insurance coverage that fits their needs while delivering a high level of professionalism and customer care. This position is ideal for individuals who are sales-driven, dependable, and experienced working in a fast-paced call center or remote sales environment. What You’ll Do Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding life insurance products and policy options Educate customers on coverage, benefits, pricing, and eligibility Recommend appropriate policies based on customer needs Complete applications and accurately document customer information Maintain compliance with all insurance regulations and company policies Meet or exceed sales and performance goals Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication with clients Navigate multiple systems while managing active conversations What We’re Looking For Active Life Insurance License required at time of application Previous life insurance sales experience strongly preferred Strong communication and objection-handling skills Comfortable working in a metric-driven sales environment Excellent attendance and reliability Basic computer and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated
Preferred Qualifications
