Enterprise Account Executive

Synmatch AI’s client is a growing B2B SaaS company helping large organizations maintain control over their Microsoft 365, AI, and collaboration environments by adding structure, governance, and security. They work with well-known international enterprise customers and operate with a modern, international culture, fast decisions, high accountability, and strong growth momentum. This is not a “warm pipeline closer” role. You’ll build opportunities actively, expand existing accounts strategically, and navigate complex enterprise buying processes end-to-end—from prospecting and discovery to security/legal/procurement coordination and contract signature. You’ll also partner closely with channel partners in co-selling motions. Location: 100% remote (Germany, neighboring EU countries, or UK) with travel as needed. What you will do as an Enterprise Account Executive (DACH)... Win new enterprise customers and grow existing accounts in the DACH market Build and manage your own outbound-driven pipeline (incl. cold calling) Lead discovery, presentations, and commercial negotiations across multiple stakeholders Drive internal alignment on Security, Legal, and Procurement through to close Forecast, report, and maintain accurate pipeline hygiene in HubSpot Collaborate with Partners, Marketing, and Leadership to continuously improve the sales motion What we are looking for… 5+ years B2B sales experience; comfortable picking up the phone Proven enterprise SaaS sales experience across more than one company Full-cycle sales skills (prospecting → closing) and strong outbound discipline Experience with complex sales cycles and multi-decision-maker deals Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC; Sandler is a plus) Native-level German (C2+) and very good English High self-motivation and ability to succeed in a remote setup Desirable (but not required): Microsoft 365 domain experience Knowledge of governance, security, or AI-adjacent software Partner sales / co-selling experience Benefits and perks… Remote-first model with flexible hours and high ownership International, high-performance team and experienced revenue leadership Strong product-market fit with notable enterprise references Modern sales tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, Clay, Claude, Perplexity, Fathom) Workation option, birthday day off, Apple or Windows laptop choice Apply To This Job
