Legal Secretary
Overview
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 States, has an immediate opening for a Legal Secretary in our Northern California offices. In addition to full-time roles, we are seeking candidates available to work non-traditional shifts, including evening hours. Part-time opportunities are also available. Flexible arrangements may be offered to successful candidates, including fully remote and hybrid options. Qualifications: Candidates should be familiar with the State and Federal Rules and Administrative Procedures. Experience filing/serving out of State and in the Court of Appeals is preferred but not required. Candidates will provide administrative support to the attorneys. Candidates will work independently on pleadings, discovery, motion preparation and e-discovery. Successful candidates should have experience and knowledge with e-filing in state and federal court, case management, docketing, e-discovery, document review, exhibit preparation, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office products and previous Compulaw experience is beneficial. Candidates must have excellent analytical and written communication skills. The yearly salary range is between $48,000-$100,000. This position is open to all experience levels. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, including the location where the position is filled.
