Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Financial Analysis and Vendor Management

About the Role:

The Worldwide Vendor and Organization Services (GM&NS) Estimating group at arenaflex is responsible for the single largest source of our revenue: Trader Markdown Income. This team works closely with numerous colleagues to determine the ideal pricing to enable vendor acceptance of arenaflex while striving to improve inclusion and vendor satisfaction. Ultimately, we drive GMS income and profit growth through client-driven pricing standards, more adaptable pricing engineering, and innovative pricing arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Determine and report dealer markdown income for the Canada region, providing a unique opportunity to impact multiple organizations and departments by aligning the association's objective for profitable charge volume and vendor development, critical for the strength of our business.

• Develop a Canada figure for shipper rebate income track month-to-month execution against forecast and identify drivers of change.
• Create vendor rebate income scorecards for the Canada district.
• Drive normalization and process improvement among the different local pricing groups for all reporting and determining related activities.
• Support external reviews, including investigating issues found, reaching out to the provincial pricing groups that handle the vendor relationship to discuss issues, and managing goals.
• Perform impromptu data analysis to assess rebate rate trends and uncover insights.

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years' experience in financial services or payments industry, and/or other finance-related roles.

• Four-year college education required; strongly preferred in finance/Accounting/Business.
• High proficiency with Excel is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Strong analytical fitness; demonstrated ability to develop complex financial models and draw value-added insights from large financial datasets. Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., SAS/SQL) is required.
• Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
• A strong relationship with management and collaboration skills with the ability to influence others in situations where there may be multiple objectives.
• Strong work ethic with an extreme will-to-win, ability to succeed in a high-speed, dynamic team environment, which places an emphasis on driving results.
• An innovative thinker who will challenge conventional approaches to getting things done and develop new ways to tackle old challenges.
• Strong project management skills with full ownership from analysis through to execution.
• Enthusiastic focus on the client; demonstrated desire to understand and address client needs and pain points.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

• Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and processes.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and instruments.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
