What Will You Achieve in This Role?

As an arenaflex Chat Professional, you will play a critical role in supporting our innovation and partnerships team. You will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive communications strategy that engages and inspires our stakeholders. Your expertise in visual design, writing, and project management will enable you to drive business results and deliver exceptional client experiences.

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile professional who can excel in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A strong background in communications, visual design, and project management
• Excellent writing, editing, and visual design skills
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
• Ability to execute a comprehensive communications strategy that engages and inspires stakeholders
• Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal partners
• A portfolio of writing and design work that showcases your creativity and expertise

Essential Responsibilities

As an arenaflex Chat Professional, you will be responsible for:

• Creating and executing a comprehensive communications strategy that engages and inspires stakeholders
• Writing, editing, and designing communications materials, including declarations, web videos, video content, comments, and other vital communications
• Planning and designing visual elements for use in communications, intranet pages, PowerPoint presentations, banners, and other digital and physical resources
• Shooting and editing videos for use in internal channels
• Supporting the preparation and execution of entries for recognition of associates through arenaflex's head grant programs
• Supporting estimation and data management practices to improve the effectiveness of partner communications
• Creating and managing surveys and reporting for city centers, authority discussions, and roundtables, and other events
• Managing email distributions to partners
• Supporting planning, communications, and logistics for city centers and global management events
• Providing design and content creation support for city centers and other significant presentations by leaders
• Supporting the work of the broader Partner Communications team through the planning and delivery of content on the arenaflex intranet and other communications channels, as well as research, visual design, and writing, editing on a case-by-case basis

Required Capabilities

* Experience with internal communications

• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Strong visual design and typography skills
• Experience designing digital and physical resources
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
• Experience with catching and editing short-form videos and webcast content
• Demonstrated ability to execute brand rules, propose, and convey strong and powerful mission ideas across digital, traditional, and experiential mediums
• Experience with intranet/content management systems (Unily or more)
• Remarkable project management mastery, collaboration skills, and demonstrated ability to build associations with many internal partners
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a high-speed environment
• Phenomenal judgment and a demonstrated history of creating and executing programs that drive distinctive outcomes
• Solid analytical skills

Portfolio (writing and design) required

Four-year college education in Communications, Visual Design, or related experience
