Job Overview

As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing customer orders, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. You will work in designated retail locations, where it's convenient for our customers, helping facilitate the delivery and return of customer orders. Your role will involve:

  • Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
  • Assisting customers with questions they may have
  • Working through problem-solving scenarios for customers
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site
  • Using technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
  • Receiving truck deliveries

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Process customer orders, including receiving, picking, and stowing packages, and preparing for delivery
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for quality and safety
  • Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site, and ensuring a smooth customer experience
  • Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders, and to receive truck deliveries
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, and to provide support and assistance as needed

Requirements and Qualifications

* Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirement and safety guidelines in English

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods, with the ability to lift up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Availability to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or warehouse environment

  • Experience working with technology, including smartphones and handheld devices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a variety of environments, including climate-controlled and outdoor settings
