Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and online chat. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials. Guide customers through the ordering procedure online.
- Post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping should be addressed and resolved.
- Take advantage of a range of software tools to address client inquiries.
- Help consumers with both domestic and international concerns by working with outside shipping contractors.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software tools and systems.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications

- A degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service.
- Experience working with luxury goods or high-end products.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and styles.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $16 to $35 per hour, depending on your location and experience. Our compensation package includes:
- A base salary of $31,200 to $53,600 per year, depending on your location.
- Equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation, depending on the position offered.
