Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Airbnb Customer Service Representative who is familiar with Guesty/Operto to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our guests, resolving issues, and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience. Key Responsibilities

As an Airbnb Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional support to our guests via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving guest issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Leveraging AI for comprehensive guest messaging that resonates with our brand
  • Screen potential guests and provide support for guests/resolving guest's issues in Airbnb, VRBO, or Marriott
  • Responding to guest inquiries and communicating with management via Slack
  • Achieving 5-star ratings and Superhost Status
  • Writing and responding to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, or other platforms
  • Reporting maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams
  • Reporting and submitting damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement
  • Building, managing, and reporting in-house maintenance labor
  • Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist the onboard of accounting systems
  • Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry

  • Strong knowledge of Airbnb, Guesty, and Operto
  • Proficient in using AI for comprehensive guest messaging
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and be self-motivated
  • Availability to work Thursday and Friday, 3pm-11p CST, with the possibility of additional overnight shifts

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management

  • Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist the onboard of accounting systems
  • Experience in building, managing, and reporting in-house maintenance labor
  • Strong knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist the onboard of accounting systems
