Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, answering questions, and providing solutions to our clients' needs. Through your skills, knowledge, and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will help our clients better understand their benefits and make informed decisions about their healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from clients, answering questions and providing solutions to their needs

• Provide information and support to clients regarding their pharmacy benefit plans, including medication coverage, mail order solutions, and other related topics
• Use your knowledge and skills to resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and standards, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as a call center, retail, or customer service environment

• Strong PC skills in Windows-based applications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred

* Associate's degree or higher in a related field, such as business, communications, or healthcare

• Experience in a healthcare or insurance environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
