Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary duties will include:
- Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries regarding medication coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order medications
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers to help them understand their coverage and options
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
Required Qualifications
* 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military experience)
- PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

- Ability to issue solutions in a positive, proactive way
