Summary Description

Responsibilities

* Engage, consult, and educate members and providers regarding their needs and preferences

• Handle basic and complex customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure all interactions with customers are documented accurately and thoroughly
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and provide a seamless customer experience
• Adhere to company policies and procedures in delivering exceptional customer service
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers

Key Skills and Qualifications
