Role Overview
As a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing data in various insurance portals, ensuring smooth verification and enrollment processes. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and knowledge of medical terminology will be essential in maintaining accurate member information, handling policy changes, and managing health coverage information.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate member information: Update member details promptly and ensure their records are always up-to-date.
- Handle policy changes: Process terminations, reinstatements, and other policy adjustments with precision.
- Manage health coverage information: Keep coverage plans accurate, including eligibility, benefits, and limitations.
- Research and update healthcare provider information: Ensure accurate and current provider data within medical portals.
- Analyze and interpret data: Utilize your knowledge of healthcare terminology and coding to enhance data accuracy.

Requirements for Success
