Your Role at arenaflex
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients' customers, providing timely and effective support through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. Your responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with customers to resolve their questions, issues, and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Providing feedback on call issues
- Upselling when required
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- 6 months of customer service experience minimum
- Typing 25 WPM
- Proficiency in PC operation and navigation
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
- Ability to stay composed and objective
- Strong listening skills
Work from Home Requirements
To ensure a seamless work-from-home experience, you will need:
- A reliable internet connection with the following specifications:
- Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps
- Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps
- ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Proof of internet speed required
- A clean and quiet workspace
