The Role

As a Virtual Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of providing exceptional support to customers across the globe. You'll engage with customers through various channels, including email, chat, and phone, to address inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver world-class assistance. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
