Job Summary

As a part-time remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat. You will utilize your excellent communication skills to understand customer needs, provide accurate information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

* Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers
  • Assist in product selection, suggesting alternatives and options where applicable
  • Make business transactions, manage money, and process payments with precision
  • Keep the sales area clean and organized, ensuring that merchandise is displayed correctly
  • Monitor product status and assist with returns and returns
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team marketing goals
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service
  • Stay connected with product knowledge, promotions, and company policy
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and procedures

Eligibility

* Previous sales or customer experience preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and friendly approachable behavior
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Basic math skills and the ability to manage financial transactions
  • Attention to detail and attention to detail keeps the workplace clean and organized
  • Flexible working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Knowledge of the products/services offered by arenaflex is a plus

Essential Qualifications

* 2 years of experience with a CTI job in a customer-facing environment

  • Experience in Digital Threat Intelligence (CTI) systems and applications in one of the following areas: Detect, Secure, Answer, and Recover
  • Experience in partnering with leadership (i.e., driving, introducing, answering) to various crowds, including leaders
  • US Government Top Secret/Touchy Compartmented Data with polygraph

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the utilization, handling, and examination of strategic (specialized) CTI inside a functional climate, supporting checking, recognition, and reaction abilities

  • Comprehension of CTI techniques and application ideas, with the capacity to prompt and guide new CTI colleagues
  • Capacity to correspond crude insight from sensors, occurrence reaction commitment, and different sources into reports and briefings
  • Capacity to introduce composed or verbal data to specialized and non-specialized crowds
  • Capacity to take mind-boggling, uncertain points, construct procedures, and impact partners
  • A fantastic cooperative person with the capacity to work in speedy and constantly evolving conditions
