What Part Will You Play?
As a Work from Home Banking Credit Card Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account-related requests for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Resolving customer inquiries and issues related to card activations, payments, name and address updates, and other basic requests
- Providing standardized or scripted responses using our user-friendly Graphic User Interface (GUI) screens and established documentation and processes
- Entering required data into client-provided systems and databases
- Determining basic reasons for customer issues using a client-provided decision tree and escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments
- Building base knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients and understanding association guidelines and compliance
What Are We Looking For in This Role?
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
Minimum Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent + A minimum of at least six months of contact center or work from contact center experience in the last 18 months + Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mid-shift to late shifts and weekends + Willingness to be on camera at all times + Non-negotiable hourly rate of $15.00 per hour
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 12 months of contact center or work from contact center experience in the last 18 months + Banking customer service experience
