The Role
As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be part of a team that helps customers across various contact channels, including email, live chat, social media, and phone. Your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Take inbound contacts from customers who need your help, providing solutions to their queries and concerns
- Make outbound calls and send emails to update customers on stock and delivery issues, ensuring they feel informed and supported
- Utilize our business systems to make changes to orders, investigate customer issues, and communicate with 3rd party suppliers
- Listen to customers and suggest improvements to our business, helping us to continuously improve our services
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain our reputation for excellence and deliver exceptional customer experiences
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in email-based customer service, preferably in an ecommerce environment
- A strong work ethic and excellent timekeeping skills
- Enthusiasm and an optimistic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Your own laptop/computer, internet connection, and mitigation against network downtime and load shedding
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in an ecommerce environment
- Knowledge of our business systems and processes
- Familiarity with 3rd party suppliers and their systems
