Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Sales Analytics team by gathering and analyzing data from various sources, including records, Salesforce, and arenaflex datasets. You'll work closely with account directors to provide insights, recommendations, and reports to drive business growth and revenue expansion. This is a full-time remote position, offering a competitive salary of $25/hour and the opportunity to work on exciting projects that make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities
* Gather data from various sources, including records, Salesforce, and arenaflex datasets
- Research and verify the accuracy of external data sources
- Design and implement data collection processes to ensure data quality and integrity
- Support account directors in meeting their needs and requests
- Utilize Salesforce to update account information, upload data, and manage projects
- Participate in special projects and data analysis requests
- Provide customized reporting and recommendations to support business decisions and initiatives
- Develop presentations with data-driven insights to inform business strategies
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, data science, analytics)
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Salesforce
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
