Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Technology Analyst team, specifically working on Workday Data Migrations. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of arenaflex by driving business growth and innovation through data-driven insights. Your expertise in data analysis, business processes, and technical systems will enable you to tackle complex problems and develop effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Apply your knowledge of data analysis, business processes, technical systems, project management, and testing to resolve a wide range of issues

• Collaborate with other team members to provide guidance or solutions within your area of expertise
• Stay up-to-date with current developments in your field
• Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
• Estimate effort and value for solutions
• Apply business solutions with a broad level of knowledge about technology stages/structures
• Verify data and carefully review and check the accuracy of your own work using reliance ID processes in technical work
• Establish or follow prioritization processes to drive work, completing tasks with a focus on continuous progress
• Express ideas, business or technical requirements clearly and concisely in writing using appropriate levels of outline and integration
• Monitor program risks, issues, and extensions proactively, ensuring the right level of priority, visibility, and escalation
• Perform other work duties as directed by your supervisors

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, information technology)

• Strong knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement
• Strong knowledge of technical conditions
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and discussion skills in working with various teams and external partners
• Ability to analyze medium to large business or technical issues, articulating the issue or root cause, and translating the analysis into practical solution proposals
• Ability to work effectively in a help/group-oriented environment
• Ability to explore, create, and report requirements, processes, and technical details
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and varied work streams/tasks
• Ability to take on multiple tasks, whether administrative or project-related, while maintaining a high level of satisfaction in all reliable work; willing to coach others to do the same
• Ability to educate and train others on technical and business subjects

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Workday Data Migrations

• Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques
• Strong knowledge of business intelligence and data visualization tools
• Experience with agile project management methodologies
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives
• Strong knowledge of data security and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
