Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, your primary role will be to respond to live chat messages from customers on various business platforms, including websites and social media. Your responsibilities will encompass:

No Fixed Term Contract

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Access to a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of handling social media and website chat functions
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in closely following provided instructions
  • Availability of at least 5 hours per week
  • Reliable internet connectivity

Weekly Hours
