Job Summary
As a Customer Service/Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional sales and customer support to our clients. This is a full-time remote position that requires a strong ability to communicate effectively, build relationships, and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities
* Respond timely and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting, providing solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
- Identify customer needs and pursue new sales opportunities, recommending appropriate products and services to drive sales growth.
- Accurately process orders, handle inquiries, and resolve any issues related to orders, ensuring that all transactions are processed efficiently and effectively.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction, escalating issues to management as necessary.
- Use arenaflex systems to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, adhering to company protocols and procedures.
- Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other internal teams to help achieve business goals, sharing best practices and knowledge to drive success.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends, using this information to effectively assist customers and drive sales growth.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, identifying opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
- Help identify best practices, protocols, and processes, making suggestions to improve the department and drive business growth.
- Assist in marketing programs, analyzing customer needs and preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales, and deliver status reports, providing insights that inform business decisions.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends, using this information to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Secondary Job Accountabilities
* Job may require travel for sales calls, trade shows, conferences, and sales meetings, with occasional overnight stays.
- On-call needs – as a global company, there may be times when you're needed outside of normal business hours to support customers.
- Other duties as assigned, including participating in training programs and attending meetings as required.
Minimum Education & Experience
* High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3-6 years proven experience in customer service and sales, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and poise.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, with the ability to quickly learn and understand changing technology.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player, with the ability to function independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Ability to work on a computer and/or communicate by phone for extended periods of time, with a strong ability to adapt and be flexible.
