Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Care Agent, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed our clients' expectations. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Fostering Teamwork: You'll collaborate with and support your teammates with a positive and professional attitude, ensuring that we work together seamlessly to achieve our goals.
- Surprising and Delighting Clients: You'll innovate and find new ways to surprise and delight our clients, ensuring that they feel valued and appreciated.
- Responding to Client Requests and Questions: You'll respond promptly and professionally to client requests and questions, providing clear and concise information to ensure their needs are met.
- Managing Flight Changes and Seat Assignments: You'll efficiently manage flight changes and seat assignments, ensuring that our clients' travel plans are updated accurately and in a timely manner.
- Concierge-Related Details: You'll handle concierge-related details, such as spa, touring, and dinner reservations, to ensure that our clients' preferences are met.
- Corresponding with Clients: You'll correspond with clients on preferences, assisting with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notifying hotels of client preferences no later than 1 week before departure.
- Preparing Client Documents and Travel Tips: You'll prepare client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copy, advising on what should be printed, etc. no later than 3 weeks before departure.
- Updating Daily Activity, Reporting, and Status: You'll update daily activity, reporting, and status in our cloud-based CRM, ensuring that our team is informed and up-to-date.
- Setting Schedules and Managing Time Effectively: You'll set schedules and manage time effectively and efficiently, ensuring that you meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Managing Client Profiles and Bookings: You'll manage client profiles and bookings, ensuring that our clients' information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Serving as Backup Travel Support: You'll serve as backup travel support and main point of contact as needed in case of emergencies, providing support and assistance to our clients outside of normal office hours.
- Continuing to Grow and Develop: You'll continue to grow in savvy and proficiency, implementing tools to heighten our remote workplace culture and ensuring that we stay ahead of the curve.
