Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Professional, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inbound calls, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your duties will include:

• Providing elevated levels of product and service knowledge to clients, including features, benefits, and different components of arenaflex's Independent Services
• Developing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing sales
• Giving phenomenal customer care by answering questions about accounts in a fast-paced, organized customer service environment
• Archiving vital record data according to established procedures and techniques
• Complying with all Administrative and Compliance rules connected with servicing and sales practices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Customer service experience (two years+) with a proven track record of building client reliability through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated success in a customer service and sales environment (two years+)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the capacity to perform multiple tasks and roles in an electronic environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; education benefits available
• Availability to work Monday-Sunday, 7:00 am EST - 1:00 am EST

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience buying or it is an or more to work in a private enterprise

• This position will work in the hybrid model from our Phoenix Desert Edge Service Center. Based on business needs, training may be held 100 percent on location or virtually. After the initial 90 days, candidates will work within the hybrid model.
