Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Entering, updating, and verifying patient referral data into various systems for use by all personnel
- Reviewing and verifying data entered into the database to ensure accuracy
- Processing all faxes in a timely and efficient manner
- Confirming that medical scripts and referral documentation have the correct procedures listed
- Effectively communicating with Center employees if additional information is needed to process requests
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Centralized Services Supervisor

Supervisory Responsibility

Work Environment
As a remote employee, you will work in a professional office environment, using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. This is a largely sedentary role, requiring regular use of hands and fingers to handle objects, tools, or controls, and reaching with hands and arms.

Job Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- One plus year of experience in customer service/data entry, with healthcare experience preferred
- Proficient speed and accuracy with data entry, with a minimum of 9,000+ KSPH
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver, and a team player
- Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to continuously "exceed" company and customer expectations
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
Education/Certifications
* Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent (GED), with continuing education preferred
