Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of arenaflex's Alexa Data Services team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Working with a variety of text, speech, and other types of data to ensure high-quality data entry and processing
• Utilizing in-house tools and software to meet our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and deliver exceptional results
• Reporting any issues with tools and software as they arise to ensure seamless data processing
• Collaborating with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of new tools and technologies
• Maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to all relevant arenaflex policies and procedures for handling sensitive data

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with speech or language data, including experience with comment analysis

• Strong understanding of data processing and analysis concepts and techniques
