Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Analyzing documents to extract relevant data and adding it to our FACIS database
• Conducting additional research as necessary to ensure accurate data entry
• Communicating clearly with management, peers, and stakeholders on processes and data acquisition/transformation
• Articulating data transformation processes with clarity and precision
• Taking on additional periodical and/or ad-hoc projects/tasks as needed
• Working independently with limited oversight and meeting quality and efficiency benchmarks
• Completing items within the Data Entry queue in a timely and accurate manner

Required Skills and Abilities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A willingness and ability to take ownership and initiative on tasks and projects
• The ability to work as part of a team to provide on-time results
• Quick learning skills and the ability to adjust priorities throughout the day
• An uncompromising approach to meeting/exceeding pressing deadlines and expectations
• A commitment to doing work right the first time and inspecting work for flaws
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office products
• Strong critical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail

Education and Experience

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Possess a High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Be at least 18 years of age

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus

• Experience in data entry and comparison is also desirable
