Job Summary

As an Expeditor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the flow of goods, services, and information across our global supply chain. You will work closely with external vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of aircraft parts, materials, and services. Your expertise in data entry, logistics, and supply chain management will be essential in driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing costs.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate with external vendors to expedite the delivery of aircraft parts and materials, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's quality and safety standards.

  • Work with AOG (Aircraft on Ground) orders as required, providing timely and accurate updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve past-due requests with vendors, ensuring prompt payment and minimizing delays.
  • Manage upkeep/transport plans and stock reports to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Provide transportation and development data to large workgroups, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Resuscitate FMR (Flight Material Report) or log pages with current vehicle data, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Create and resuscitate Succeed-based reports, status, and diagrams to ensure visibility and transparency in our supply chain operations.
  • Maintain accurate buying records and information within buying software programs, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's procurement policies.
  • Assist Purchasers with obtaining clarifications and buy-requesting status, providing timely and accurate support.
  • Collaborate with internal divisions and vendors to address any aberrations in transportation, invoicing, quality, and part number and quantity, which may impact our operations.
  • Assist Managers in resolving receipt issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing delays.
  • Work with Provider Managers to identify and mitigate any potentially hazardous circumstances, ensuring a safe and secure working environment.

Requirements

* Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience/education.

  • Strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on data entry and coordination.
  • Long-term postgraduate education in Business Management, Operations Management, or Finance is an asset.
  • 1 year of experience in a warehouse or expeditor role, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to assist others and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
