Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately entering and maintaining site database within assigned timelines
  • Providing clerical support for Investigator Services, including faxing documents and filing
  • Handling order supplies and resend report requests received by fax or email
  • Utilizing strong interpersonal and time management skills for effective task completion
  • Maintaining professional phone etiquette in the English language

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 6 months of customer service, administrative, or laboratory experience required
  • Accurate data entry skills with basic to intermediate computer literacy
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in typing, filing, and basic computer operations

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, having the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:

  • Experience in a similar role within a staffing or technology solutions company
  • Knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical terminology
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance
