What to Expect
As a Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional billing support and client relationship management services to our clients. Your primary duties will include:
- Assisting callers with billing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Determining the offerings that customers are missing and making upgrade and add-on service recommendations
- Ensuring First Call Resolution (FCR) and complete Customer Satisfaction (VOC)
- Coding sales accurately and completely
- Building strong relationships with clients through clear, confident, and professional communication

Education and Requirements
No degrees are necessary for this role, making it an excellent opportunity for anyone who is ready to start a business and be their own boss. To get started, you'll need:
- A computer with a separate monitor (dual boot machines, Netbooks, and Tablets are prohibited)
- High-speed wired Internet (no WiFi)
- Phone with headset
- Pass a background screening

- CPU Speed: Dual-core 2.8 GHz or better or Intel i class or AMD Phenom X2 class or better
- Hard Drive: 20 GB or more of available space
- Memory: 4 GB of RAM or better
- Operating System: Windows 7 or Windows 10
- Monitor: 1280 x 1024 (SXGA) screen resolution or 1920 x 1080 (Full HD or 1080p)

If you're a Mac user, you'll need to ensure that your computer meets the following specifications:
- Ethernet port

- Hard-wired broadband Internet service via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic connection
