Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our team in developing and implementing AI-driven solutions for patient safety analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, machine learning, and AI, with experience in leading and managing teams of data researchers. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving logical solutions and cycles to support the allocation of controlled substances across 9700+ pharmacy locations. This role requires a deep understanding of data management, analysis, and visualization, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions for patient safety analytics, including the design and deployment of machine learning models and algorithms

• Collaborate with business leaders and partners to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions and develop strategic plans for implementation
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to support AI-driven solutions, including data ingestion, processing, and storage
• Lead and manage a team of data researchers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives
• Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to support AI-driven solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for AI-driven solutions, and develop business cases to support implementation
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in AI and machine learning, and identify opportunities for arenaflex to leverage these technologies to drive business value

Essential Qualifications

* 6+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and AI, with a strong background in statistical modeling and data analysis

• 8+ years of experience in the Product Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and agile development, including experience with data-driven product development
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and managing teams of data researchers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities for AI-driven solutions
• Experience with data management and visualization tools, including SQL, Python, and Tableau
• Strong understanding of data governance and compliance regulations, including HIPAA and patient safety standards

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure
• Experience with machine learning frameworks, including TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Experience with data visualization tools, including Power BI and QlikView
• Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Strong understanding of data security and compliance regulations, including GDPR and CCPA
