Job Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our patients' specialty medication orders. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Precise reading, interpreting, and entering data into our computer system, including calculating dosages and processing payments
• Contacting healthcare providers and insurance agencies to verify patient information and ensure order accuracy
• Responding to patient calls to facilitate and manage new patient medication orders, reorders, and benefit verifications
• Maintaining accurate records and databases to ensure seamless communication between departments

Required Qualifications:

* Valid IL Pharmacy Technician License

• At least 6 months of experience working in a pharmacy setting
• Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Windows, Microsoft Office, web navigation, and email applications
• Excellent keyboarding skills and dexterity
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (8-10 hours)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience as a pharmacy technician

• Experience handling and resolving customer needs via telephone
• Medical billing, coding, and other clinical support experience
• Client care experience in an office setting
• Proficiency in computer programs and software
• Excellent data entry skills
