As a Customer Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, resolving their issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers with technical issues related to our products and services

  • Troubleshoot technical problems and provide effective solutions
  • Ensure that customer service meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and building rapport
  • Prepare complete and accurate work, including notating accounts as required
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer experience and business performance

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Dependable and flexible to rotate shifts, as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in technical support or customer service

  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar software
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changes quickly
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
