What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Resolving customer and candidate issues via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions that meet their needs
- Completing assigned projects from your support manager, demonstrating your ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Identifying and resolving customer issues using the HireVue system, showcasing your technical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Documenting and managing cases for each support interaction, ensuring accurate and thorough records
- Recommending process improvements and reporting trends/issues to your supervisor, contributing to the continuous improvement of our support processes
What is Required (Qualifications)
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
- A positive attitude and drive for continuous improvement, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
- Expert reading and writing skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex information
- Proficiency with technology and troubleshooting technical issues, with a strong understanding of software applications and systems
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, with technical support experience a plus
