Job Summary
As a Customer Support Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for developing and executing account strategies, building trust with customer accounts, and presenting benefits programs to families. You'll work closely with our team to identify and mitigate account-level risks, up-sell opportunities, and deliver customer renewals. Responsibilities
* Develop customer success metrics and execute account strategies to drive growth and retention
- Build trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, ensuring a positive experience for all
- Schedule and attend virtual meetings using Zoom and other platforms to stay connected with customers
- Monitor, identify, and mitigate account-level risks and up-sell opportunities, aligning product and customer roadmaps for success
- Present benefits programs to families, enroll new clients, and open new accounts to drive revenue growth
- Oversee and prioritize each customer in your portfolio, ensuring timely and effective support
- Collaborate with our team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
Qualifications
* Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Must be a US or Canadian citizen (due to regulatory requirements)
- Proven ability to work as a productive team member, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated team player with proficiency in multi-tasking and adaptability
- Proficient with computers and Zoom (although not required, experience with these tools is a plus)
- Ability to form and grow solid relationships with customer accounts, driving loyalty and retention
