Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and SMS text. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve their inquiries, requests, and needs in a timely and professional manner. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and SMS text

  • Resolve customer inquiries, requests, and needs in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations
  • Utilize arenaflex's systems and tools to efficiently manage customer interactions and resolve issues
  • Meet or exceed performance standards, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services

Requirements

* High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma

  • One (1) year of customer service or sales experience
  • Successful completion of new hire training
  • Ability to pass a ten (10) year background check
  • Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
  • Provide a high-speed internet connection to meet work from home requirements
  • Flexible and able to work at any time, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Essential Skills and Competencies

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficient in working with arenaflex's systems and tools, including Radixx Res, RadixxGo, ZenDesk, and MIS Choice DCS
  • Ability to navigate through complex processes while interacting with customers
  • Ability to navigate through concurrent digital interactions with more than one customer at a time
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Regular attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and navigate tense situations

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous sales and call center experience

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Explorer
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
