Join Our Team
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work from home, providing exceptional support to families and schools participating in the scholarship program. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to incoming calls related to student inquiries, scholarship applications, and funding status
- Ensuring that all questions are answered, callers are satisfied, and students are registered
- Providing empathetic, personable, and compassionate support during sometimes difficult, tense situations
- Utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills to deliver an excellent customer service experience
- Working collaboratively with a team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least one year of customer service or call center experience
- English proficiency (a language assessment will be required)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering an excellent customer service experience
- The ability to remain empathetic, personable, and compassionate during sometimes difficult, tense situations
- Self-motivation, detail-orientation, and the ability to multitask
- Accurate typing and keyboard skills; comfort with PC/internet navigation
- Wired internet connectivity with internet speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
- A secure, quiet, distraction-free place to work
