Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative for Streaming Services, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer experiences to our clients' customers. You'll be responsible for handling customer calls, emails, and chats, resolving issues, and providing solutions that exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and courteous manner

  • Resolve customer issues and provide solutions that exceed customer expectations
  • Provide product and service information to customers, including basic troubleshooting skills and demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, etc.
  • Use CRM applications to manage customer interactions and track customer issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge of streaming services

Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center environment, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Experience with streaming services, including basic troubleshooting skills and demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, etc.
  • Basic PC keyboarding skills; Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Technical support experience
  • Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to use several applications simultaneously
  • Experience working with CRM applications (preferred)

Requirements for Remote Work:

* Excellent internet connectivity: internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!)

  • Wireless and/or satellite internet service providers are not compatible with our systems
  • In-house network, and a hard-wired internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates
  • A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work
