Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for resolving complex customer issues, upselling and cross-selling our products and services, and providing personalized recommendations to meet our customers' evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Resolve complex customer issues, including billing and technical support
- Upsell and cross-sell arenaflex products and services to meet customer needs
- Provide personalized recommendations to customers based on their preferences and needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
- Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in using various software applications, including CRM systems and productivity tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Experience working with arenaflex products and services
- Advanced typing and keyboarding skills
- Certification in customer service or a related field
