Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through phone interactions. You will serve as a front-line issue resolver, addressing client concerns and helping them navigate their financial needs with ease and confidence. This is a challenging role that requires a wide range of skills, including strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Work in a contact center environment to support financial products and services
- Recognize potential opportunities to improve client support experience and provide suggestions to resolve internal and external client issues
- Connect with internal clients and stakeholders to resolve complex issues
- Perform moderately complex customer service tasks, including troubleshooting and resolving client complaints
- Oversee risk by following all policies and procedures and staying up-to-date with changes to them
- Advocate for advanced services like online delivery of statements and records, online sign-up, and other digital opportunities
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of customer service, financial services, or contact center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer system windows, applications, and use search tools to find information
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners and clients/stakeholders
- A BS/BA degree or higher
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience handling complex transactions and implementing thorough analysis to resolve complex client requests
- Ability to investigate routine computer issues
- Familiarity with financial industry terminology and concepts
- Experience with digital innovations to provide a better client experience
- Financier industry experience
