Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling and Responding to Customer Inquiries: Field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service through active listening, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach.
  • Working with Confidential Customer Information: Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively, adhering to our strict data protection policies.
  • Resolving Issues on the First Call: Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive, resourceful, and customer-centric.
  • Communicating Effectively: Appropriately communicate with customers, using clear and concise language to ensure understanding and satisfaction.
  • Escalating Interactions: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.
  • Tracking Call-Related Information: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, providing feedback on call issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Upselling: Upsell if required, using your knowledge of our products and services to identify opportunities for growth and loyalty.

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Ability to Work Remotely: Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, using technology to stay connected and productive.
  • Customer Service Experience: 6 months of customer service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Age: Over 18 years of age.
  • Typing Speed: Ability to type 25 wpm.
  • Education: High School Graduate or GED.
  • Computer Skills: Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems.
  • Communication Skills: Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex conversations and situations.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Organization and Prioritization: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home, you'll need:

  • Internet Connection: A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps.
  • ISP Requirements: Your ISP must have no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
  • Proof of Internet Speed: Proof of internet speed required.
  • Clean and Quiet Workspace: A clean and quiet workspace, free from distractions and interruptions.
