Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to policyholders and stakeholders through phone, email, and correspondence
  • Processing policyholder requests, claims, and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including policy information and customer interactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including call volume, handle time, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • At least one year of office experience, preferably in a customer service or telecommunications role
  • Life and Health insurance background and knowledge of insurance operations desired
  • Excellent communication, both written and oral, and organization skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to analyze situations and make logical conclusions
  • Regular and predictable attendance required
  • Ability to type at least 30WPM
  • Pay differential available for Bilingual employees (Eng/Span)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

  • Knowledge of insurance operations and policies
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
