Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Educating union members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to help members achieve their goals
  • Working closely with union associations to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional benefits to members who are interested
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on customer interactions and sales performance
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • A strong customer service attitude and a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with union members and associations
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English (bilingual skills are a plus, but not required)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a union or association setting
  • Knowledge of labor unions, credit unions, and associations, and the benefits they provide
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing principles, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
