As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be the first point of contact for our users, assisting them with a range of product and software issues related to TurboTax. Your responsibilities will include guiding customers through downloading, logging in, basic navigation, document importation, printing... filing, and answering basic tax-related queries.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in helping our customers navigate the complexities of tax season with ease and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, or chat support
- Assist customers with product and software issues related to TurboTax
- Guide customers through the tax filing process, including downloading, logging in, and basic navigation
- Answer basic tax-related queries and provide accurate information
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate starting at $18.00 per hour
- Potential to earn $2,880 USD per month based on a minimum commitment
- Flexible scheduling options allow you to create a work schedule that fits your life, available anytime between 8 am and 10 pm EST, Monday through Sunday
- A $300 bonus upon completion of 5 days of comprehensive training, provided you graduate and complete 10 calls
- Ongoing training and support to ensure you are well-equipped to meet the needs of our customers
Training and Support
* Structured 5-day training program, 8 hours per day, including a 1-hour lunch break, to prepare you for success
- Assignment of a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assist you during live calls and a Marketplace Performance Specialist (MPS) to act as your advocate and support

Note
* To qualify for the $300 training bonus, candidates must complete the entire 5 days of training, graduate, and fulfill the call requirement
- The starting pay rate is $18.00 gross per hour. A minimum of 20 hours per week or 40 hours per cycle is required, with hours to be scheduled anytime from Monday to Sunday, between 8 am and 10 pm EST
- Additional fees apply, including a $2.00 per hour Marketplace Licensing Fee and a $1.00 LiveXchange Service Fee
