The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be part of a high-volume contact center that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be the front line contact with potential customers of the home mortgage department, using your exceptional communication skills to build trust and rapport. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct outbound calls to potential mortgage customers, inquiring about their current mortgage needs and determining if they're interested in considering working with us. You'll work closely with a home mortgage consultant to pass qualified leads and provide a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct outbound calls to potential mortgage customers to inquire about their current mortgage needs

  • Determine if customers are interested in considering working with us and pass qualified leads to a home mortgage consultant
  • Work in a high-volume contact center, making 100-150 calls per day
  • Utilize a scripted conversation to determine customer interest and needs
  • Collaborate with a home mortgage consultant to provide a seamless customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications

* Retail sales, call center, and/or customer service experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
  • Positive outlook and attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior call center or sales experience, with a proven track record of success

  • Experience working in a high-volume contact center environment
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products and services
  • Certification in sales, customer service, or a related field
