What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Identifying customer/family/caregiver needs and communicating services offered
- Scheduling initial in-home clinical visits
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Displaying compassion and empathy in all interactions
- Adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations
What We Require (Qualifications)
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience with Windows PC applications, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST
- Reside within the Eastern, Central, or Mountain Time Zone
