Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that patients have a positive experience while resolving their accounts in a timely manner
• Providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and account information
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
• Adhering to arenaflex policies and procedures, including HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of two years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications:

* Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field

• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
• Certification in customer service or a related field
• Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is as follows:

• NorCal (Napa, Sonoma): $21.82 - $33.99 per hour
• Southern California, NorCal (Humboldt): $19.45 - $30.29 per hour
• WA Puget Sound: $18.66 - $29.06 per hour
• Oregon (Portland): $18.66 - $29.06 per hour
• Oregon (Hood River, Medford, Seaside): $17.39 - $27.09 per hour
• Eastern Washington (Richland, Spokane, Walla Walla): $16.60 - $25.86 per hour
• Montana: $15.02 - $23.40 per hour
• Texas/New Mexico: $14.23 - $22.17 per hour
