Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and social media. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be to resolve their queries, address their concerns, and provide solutions to their problems. You will also be responsible for documenting customer interactions, updating customer information, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
* Respond accurately, promptly, and effectively to all forms of customer communication, including phones, emails, and social media.
- Resolve difficult and sensitive customer issues in an objective and timely manner, using problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Document customer interactions, update customer information, and maintain accurate records.
- Promote a positive company image to support customer service objectives and mission statement.
- Compose personal replies to customer emails and maintain assigned reports.
- Update customer addresses for the Loyalty Program and adjust reward points as needed.
- Make sound judgment calls that align with the brand, escalation, and customer service policies for social media customer-related issues.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and capable of moderating a high volume of inbound content.
Qualifications
* 1-3 years of retail customer service or call center experience and proven conflict management skills.
- Flexible mindset, oriented towards conflict resolution.
- Strong listening skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- PC knowledge.
