Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls from REALTORS, technicians, and homeowners, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries
- Make determinations on appliances, filing claims within our terms and conditions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences
- Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide informed support

Wage:
$14.00 per hour (Attendance bonuses)

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent:
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a background and drug screen (required)

Experience with Microsoft Office:
Possess experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
