Job Summary: Invisible Technologies is the AI training and scaling partner for leading foundation model providers, enterprises, and governments. They are seeking an Analytical Chemistry Specialist - AI Trainer to leverage analytical chemistry expertise to enhance AI training data for scientific discovery. Responsibilities:
- Converse with the model on lab scenarios and theoretical analytical chemistry questions
- Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
- Capture reproducible error traces
- Suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics Qualifications: Required:
- PhD in analytical chemistry or a closely related chemical science field
- Expertise in spectroscopy, chromatography, electrochemical analysis, quantitative chemical analysis, environmental testing, pharmaceutical analysis, and analytical method development
- Experience with mass spectrometry, HPLC and GC technique optimization, NMR interpretation, method validation, trace analysis, titrimetric methods, and QA/QC protocol design
- Ability to converse with the model on lab scenarios and theoretical analytical chemistry questions
- Skill in verifying factual accuracy and logical soundness
- Capability to capture reproducible error traces
- Experience suggesting improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
